The work meets you where you are.

The Stillwater Room offers private, one-on-one contemplative sessions in person and online.

Sessions are designed to support rest, attention, and nervous system regulation through stillness, guided presence, and gentle inquiry. The work is slow-paced and unhurried, allowing space to notice without pressure to change or perform.

There is no preparation required. You do not need prior experience with meditation or contemplative practice. You simply arrive as you are.

Sessions are available in person at 817A King Street, Suite 305, Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, and online via Zoom.

If you're new to Stillwater, start with a conversation. It's free, runs about 20 minutes, and it's not a sales call. It's a chance to ask whatever you need to ask, get a sense of whether this work is right for you, and decide from a clear place — not a pressured one.

If you already know this is right for you, you're welcome to book directly.

What These Sessions Are

A private space to slow down without disengaging. An opportunity to develop awareness and the capacity to listen — to your body, your attention, and what's underneath the noise of daily life. Guided, educational, and entirely at your own pace.

What to Expect

After booking you'll receive a confirmation with location details or a Zoom link depending on your session format. There's nothing to prepare. During the session we move at the pace of safety. You are always free to pause, adjust, or simply rest. Nothing is forced.

What These Sessions Are Not

Therapy, counseling, medical treatment, coaching, or performance optimization. This work is educational in nature and does not replace clinical care. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please reach out to a licensed provider.

Stillwater's private sessions are for people who want space to think, feel, and be — without being directed, managed, or told what to notice.
